Our creeks and rivers can usually accommodate a private dock to allow for direct access to our waters by boat. Even though the listings shown below are homes that are listed as having a dock, the water depth at the dock can vary from one area to the next. We have both what are termed "Deep Water" and "Tidal Creek" waterways. Generally "Deep Water' means that you have at least three feet of water at the dock at a normal low tide. The term "tidal Creek" can mean the creek may or may not have three feet of water depth. So check with me on any property to find out the water depth at the dock.
